Corporate Training

Healthcare Liaison specializes in developing Tailored Trainings for businesses and corporations. Our clients have included Managed Care Systems and Mental Health Programs. We are available to create Tailored Trainings both in the U.S. and internationally.
Our Tailored Training development process has three stages.

Stage One

We meet with our Corporate Client to assess the areas of expertise they currently possess and determine with them what additional knowledge would enhance their employees’ skill base.  We utilize WebEx video conferencing for this stage so we can accommodate staff in different locations.

Stage Two

We developed a Tailored Training that fits the Client’s needs.

Recent examples:

  • We designed a training program for Supervisors and line staff at Bravo Health/Cigna Health Spring in Philadelphia, PA who were working with medically complex HMO members.
  • We developed an innovative training program for mental health case managers and staff of Rubicon Programs in Richmond, CA.   The training was designed to develop staff competencies in working with clients who have both complex mental health and medical case management needs.
  • We assisted Sutter Health in Berkeley, CA in creating a system of assessment for their case management program.

Stage Three

We review, evaluate and refine the Tailored Trainings with our client to ensure that goals were met and we address needed follow-up.

We have a dedicated and creative staff who develops Tailored Trainings.  Please call us to discuss your training needs:  510-704-8476.
