Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to the 1st day of the scheduled event will qualify for a full refund of the event registration fee less a $50 administration fee. No refund of the event registration fee will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days of the 1st day of the scheduled event. We strongly recommend you purchase personal travel insurance when you register.

If a scheduled event is cancelled, refunds will be paid in full or you may reschedule attendance in the next available scheduled event. In the event of a cancellation, Healthcare Liaison, Inc. is not responsible for, among other things, non-refundable airfares, other airfare penalties, or travel charges you may incur.
